UK Delivery Services

UK Standard Delivery FREEAll orders over £250 are delivered free of charge. Order dispatched within 24 hours for delivery within 3 working days to UK customers.

UK Standard Delivery £6.50 All orders under £250 will be dispatched within 24 hours arriving within 3 working days to UK customers.

UK Next Day Delivery £9.50Orders must be placed on weekdays Tuesday- Thursday before 1pm to qualify for next day. Order placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.

International Delivery Services - Orders will default to an international shipping charge of £50. Once we receive the order we will calculate how much it will cost and then contact you to get a confirmation you are happy with this.

Delivery Process


To help you keep track of your order, we will:

  • Send a confirmation email to confirm your order.
  • Send a despatch email to let you know your parcel is on its way.
  • Our courier will send an email advising you of the day your delivery is due.
  • Our Courier will also send an email and/or text detailing a 1-hour delivery time slot (UK customers only). If this time is not convenient then you can change the delivery day or request delivery to a safe place or neighbour.



For UK customers, please return any goods within 14 days upon receipt of your original order and for overseas customers; please return any goods within 21 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. All return items should be in their original packaging with tags attached (where possible).

To return an item please complete the returns form included with your order, with clear indication to the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange. This information will help us deal with your return quickly and also help us to improve the quality of our products in the future. 

Please note that all returns must be sent to Purdey at The Royal Berkshire. Goods cannot be returned to our stockists if bought directly from us. Please also note any postage charges incurred when returning your items will be at your own cost (unless you are returning items deemed as faulty/incorrect).

We strongly recommend that you return your items via recorded/signed for delivery as we do not accept responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us. Items remain your property until we have received them. For Customers Overseas, please make sure it is clearly stated on the parcel that the goods are being returned to the manufacturer for a refund/exchange.
